SLOW SPEED SKILLS PRACTICE - with Peter and Luis

SLOW SPEED SKILL - SESSION 3

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned rider, you can and will get the benefit of sharpening your riding skills AND boosting your confidence when it comes to slow speed manuevers.  

Peter has some new exercises lined out for us to help keep things interesting!  Trikes are welcome to participate as we will set up our drills to accomodate the trike's wider stance.

Manuevers include:

  • Quick transistions with the Cone Weave and Off-set Cone Weave excercises. 
  • Negotiate decreasing radius turns
  • Practice left AND right hand U-turns within 24 and 20 ft. (NO DUCK WALKING)
  • Practice Pause & Swerve
  • Practice Emergency Swerving 
  • Emergency braking straight-line and in a curve
