Getting Signed Up

Print and fill out the Membership Enrollment Form and bring it to the next Chapter meeting (see CNS Calendar).  For more information, review our membership and renewal requirements.

Please Note:  Current membership standing in National H.O.G. is required for Chapter membership, and you must have your H.O.G. card with you when you submit the completed form for membership.
