Print and fill out the Membership Enrollment Form
 and bring
it to the next Chapter meeting (see CNS Calendar). For more information,
review our membership and renewal requirements.
Please Note: Current membership standing in National H.O.G. is required for
Chapter membership, and you must have your H.O.G. card with you when you submit the completed form for membership.
