After the meeting we will ride to Texan for a quick bite to eat, then there will be an MVP Ride to Kingwood Harley Davidson to support the Military Appreciation Day.   The open ceremony will be at 11am and the event is over at 9pm.   There will be music, food, military speakers, bike and car show, Silent Auction, Military Vehicles including an Apache Helicopter and much much more.    CNS will also have the Bike Raffle booth setup , so bring your raffle tickets!!!    See the Flyer attached here:

The meeting will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. at the American Legion Hall in Willis.  There will be an introduction of Officers present and new Cut-N-Shoot Members, followed by the Group Riding Orientation that includes group riding, risk management, emergency procedures and Chapter policies.  Next, an overview of the Chapter, its rides and activities will be presented.

After the orientation is finsihed, we will ride to a local destination for lunch.

LAKE CONROE, TEXAS – Hit country music group Montgomery Gentry will headline two days of concerts at the Toyota Texas Bass Classic with a performance on Sunday, October 3. Evan Williams Bourbon will present Saturday, October 2, including performances by Academy of Country Music Award winner Blake Shelton and Tracy Lawrence. Emerging country artist Jeff Allen will open for Montgomery Gentry on Sunday.

Cut-N-Shoot is the parking vendor for this event and needs all support for both days.  We will be receiving a major sponsership cash award for this years TOY RUN EVENT for our work at the bass classic as well as having a booth with the TOY RUN BIKE to sell raffle tickets.  We need all shooters for help!!!  


we need to fill 6 different parking shifts with 25 people each, or we don't get the money.  And since the shifts overlap, you can't work a double shift (though you can work each of the two days if you want).

Here's the deal: the event is October 2 and 3 (Saturday and Sunday).  There are 6 shifts as outlined below.  Each volunteer gets two tickets to come back for one of the concerts they are having (2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday).  You just have to point at cars, since there is a contracted company who is handling water, golf carts, striping, etc.

Where is it?  At the Montgomery County Fairgrounds.

When is it?  October 2 and 3.

A big thanks to those who signed up at the chapter meeting, but here are the shifts that need some more volunteers and how many:

Saturday, October 2

1.  Shift 1 - 9 AM to 4 PM. - 25 volunteers

2.  Shift 2 - 11 AM to 6 PM - 25 volunteers

This year HOG is rockin’ and rollin’ into the beautiful city of Ardmore for the Oklahoma State HOG Rally. Ardmore is located just south of the Arbuckle Mountains and north of the Red River on I-35. This year’s rally is a destination of new twists and beautiful rides.

Make your plans for rides around the beautiful 5 lakes area located on a scenic tour you won’t want to miss. The Ardmore area is home to many Chickasaw Nation Casinos and a poker run is being planned to visit the excitement of the casino atmosphere.
